Please send us the copy of your original purchase invoice with the items returned to us in order to carry out the return’s procedure.
– For Change of Mind, orders can be returned back to us within 21 days of receiving it and we will issue a Credit Note valid for 6 months.
– If there is a sizing issue or you need to exchange the item, then please write the same on the invoice and one of our customer service team member will contact you soon.
– The product should be in original condition – unworn, no tags removed, no marks/stain or perfume smell on it.
– Cost of return postage needs to be covered by the customer for the change of mind or exchanged orders.
– We’re so sorry if you receive the Faulty item. Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately with the photos attached to it and we will sort that out for you ASAP.
– Later on, please send us the faulty product back and we will offer you the choice of yours for full refund or 120% credit note.
**Please allow us upto 5 business days to process the returns once we receive it from your side.
All returns finalized will be confirmed through email and the credit notes are sent to you for the same. Refund of the amount would be credited to their respective bank account details, PayPal or Afterpay account as provided by the customer.
